Andy Lester (4):
      Updated some versions, and made them more explicit
      Made the checking for target page platform-independent so the Windows stuff would quit crapping out (RT #2955)
      Explicitly stringifies URI::file to try to not have the thread problems.  See RT #2874 and #2880
      Rolling out 0.53
