NAME
RT::Extension::RepliesToResolved - intercept replies to resolved tickets

DESCRIPTION
Intercepts replies via email to resolved tickets and creates a new
ticket rather than updates resolved ticket. There are a few reasons to
    do this:

"Thank you" messages re-open tickets and mess with statistics.
People keep sending new questions into old tickets.

RT 4.0.7 required or you have to patch RT
You can fetch patch from github:

    8b98d6866d18.patch>

BETA
It's very simple module to give an example on how to do it. I hope to
    see patches that improve it.

INSTALLATION
        perl Makefile.PL
        make
        make install

Since you are using Microsoft Windows, you will need the 'nmake' utility
before installation. It's available at:

  http://download.microsoft.com/download/vc15/Patch/1.52/W95/EN-US/Nmake15.exe
      or
  ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/Softlib/MSLFILES/Nmake15.exe

Please download the file manually, save it to a directory in %PATH% (e.g.
C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\), then launch the MS-DOS command line shell, "cd" to
that directory, and run "Nmake15.exe" from there; that will create the
'nmake.exe' file needed by this module.

You may then resume the installation process described in README.

RT::Extension::RepliesToResolved - intercept replies to resolved tickets

=head1 DESCRIPTION

Intercepts replies via email to resolved tickets and creates a new
ticket rather than updates resolved ticket. There are a few reasons
to do this:

=over 4

=item "Thank you" messages re-open tickets and mess with statistics.

=item People keep sending new questions into old tickets.

=head1 RT 4.0.7 required or you have to patch RT

You can fetch patch from github:

=head1 BETA

It's very simple module to give an example on how to do it. I hope
to see patches that improve it.
