[Pushmi-users] warnings from perl Makefile.PL

This has something to do with the perl v-string and makemaker being
unable to cope.  I will investigate if there's a way to solve this.

Not really, it's just a makemaker problem.  I think having debian
dependency for pushmi to require svk >= 2.0.0 should be alright.
