Several batched updates from when pallas was off-net

UpdateTold changed to SetTold.
A bunch of work to get Scrips working.
Lots more POD in Ticket.pm
Transaction->Describe  is better about printing what really happened.
Attachments.pm had a typo that prevented it from dealing with multipart messages.
