[Rt-commit] rt-commit - list decommissioned

Hi All,

Several years ago we moved most of our lists over to our forum ( 
https://forum.bestpractical.com ).

We've also made all RT code, including branches in development (but 
excluding unannounced security fixes, of course), available on GitHub ( 
https://github.com/bestpractical/rt ).

With all of that in mind, we're finally shutting down this remaining 
list. If you would still like to follow our development there are 
various ways to subscribe on GitHub.

For those who haven't already noticed, we stopped posting commits to 
this list on April 12, 2024.
