Hi !!!!!

i just installed RT today &
 it is great software
I have one query....

Intro...
help at foo.com -> qued to QUE-1 --> supported by MAN1,MAN2,MAN3.

Problem...
1.Mr.A sends a request to help at foo.com
2.MAN1 takes ownership & send a reply.
3.Mr.A is not satisfied with the reply and sends another question.
4.Now how will MAN1 know that he has received another request from 
and existing client Mr.A, since all replies are automatically merge into the original question.

Please help me..
