[rt-devel] Email Correspondence

[Mixo]

Evertime a ticket is created, a correspondence email takes a while (a
very long while) to be sent. Is it the way RT works or can I change 
this behaviour by altering RT's configuration ?

The following is what I get when I run the command "mailq"
