[rt-devel] Bug - HTML table construct in ticket's "People"

Thanks. It'll be fixed in 1.3.102.  It would be helpful, if, in the future,
you can give the path of the component generating the error or at least the URL
where it hit you.  Also, if you could submit bugs to rt-2.0-bugs, per the instructions
in the README, rather than to the list, that would be cool.
