I hope that this message finds you all well.  Life has been. . . 
Well, it's been a bit intense this week.

RT 2.0.7 fixes a _security_ issue present in all 2.0.x releases of RT, up
to and including RT 2.0.6.  It also cleans up ticket history display 
significantly.

I strongly recommend that everyone currently running a 2.0 series RT install
upgrade to this release as soon as you're comfortable doing so.

	***SECURITY FIX*** Fixed #883, a permissions caching bug.
	Reverted reopen on correspondence to 1.0 behaviour
	$Ticket->SetTold  now optionally takes a date to set it to.

	Cleaned up the web ticket transaction display.
	Fix for #823 from martin schapendonk: you can now turn off refresh.
