Hey. I'm looking at implenting a system in that after a ticket is viewed by anyone, it is deemed to be no longer "new" and change to be "Open" , wondering where the best place to implement this would be? I'm assuming it would be in /pathto/rt2/WebRT/html/Ticket/Display.html Mat.
