[rt-devel] RT 2.0.15pre1

Well, I was sort of waiting to hear back about whether 2.0.15pre1 felt
good for anyone. I'd estimate that we're talking about one more pre
release and 1-2 weeks before I'd contemplate blessing 2.0.15
