[rt-devel] japanese safari fixed with latest Locale::Maketext

I just wanted to confirm that the latest Locale::Maketext version 1.04
does indeed fix the issues with japanese text showing up under Safari
with RT3.

I hope the fixdeps script is suitably updated ;-)
