[rt-devel] Patches for canonicalizing Emailadresses in all contexts (was Re: [rt-users] Problems with CanonicalizeEmailAddress in RT3)

I've forwarded this to the bug tracking system. Once I get past my
two-talk weekend  (Come to perlworkshop.dk or prosa.dk to hear me rant)
I intend to find a net cafe and bang through the utf-8 issues and then
tackle things like this.
