Hi Jesse & Autrijus,

my problem hasn't changed: it's still the old autohandler, and 
the message coming in charset="iso-8859-1", with some non-ASCII 
characters in it, the empty ticket is created.

With the encoding map removed from autohandler, it converts 
the charsets more or less correctly.

By the way, it would be nice in rt-mailgate, that --debug 
option would cause "&DEBUG=1" added to the URL.
