[rt-devel] Can't manipulate rights within RTFM

Yep. We're currently preparing to release the last "pre" release of
3.0.5 before we move onto release candidates. Linda Julien has been
madly applying patches and cleaning up the rt3 bugs queue, and we're
finally getting there. The pre should be out tomorrow with the first
release candidate out by the end of the week.
