I'll dig into it. At the moment, this isn't covered in the testsuite,
but we _are_ making progress. Last night, we got the first test coverage
on the incoming mail gateway. The plan is to flesh that out over the
next day or two, so that I can refactor it a bit safely. I'll attempt to
take a first look at the mail-sending issue.

Hm. MasonCGIHandler.pm shouldn't be in the source tree these days.
