[rt-devel] RT error

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when I try to mail support Q. Everything 
was working fine till two days back and now also everything seems to be 
fine except for this. What could be the reason for this.

Couldn't load from the users database.

554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 255
