Ouch!  *Every* one of my queues has a customized OnCreate template sent
to the creator giving them topic-specific instructions regarding their
query...

What happens to them?  Do the templates get lost and the corresponding
scrips ignored?  I guess manually recreating them wouldn't be a big
issue...
