Just FYI:  For RT-using staffs running Windows, I have ported the RT CLI
to Win32 (making some portability changes as neccessary) as a
stand-alone exectuable using PAR:

	http://wagner.elixus.org/~autrijus/rt.exe

To use this tool, simply it in your PATH, and run it from the command
line like this:

	C:\> rt

You should set up a ".rtrc" under your $ENV{HOMEPATH} (usually
C:\Document and Settings\YourName) like this:

	server http://rt.example.com
	user root
	passwd password

That's it.  Enjoy the newfound productivity and queriability. :-)
