[Rt-devel] For the brave, standalone RT

With current DBIx::SearchBuilder and RT 3.1 checkouts, rt now passes all
tests with SQLite and the Standalone httpd.  We're now very close to
having a small-scale RT server with no external database or webserver
dependency. There are still a couple more hurdles before the entire app
can be distributed as a double-clickable executable for a given
platform, But it's very, very close.
