[rt-devel] Referencing Queue number in EditCustomFields

In the ticket creation screen I'm looking to add a link next to each custom
field that would display help when clicked upon.  Something along the nature
of:

<A HREF="custom_field_help.html?Queue=<% SOMETHING
%>&CustomField=<%$CustomField->id%>">?</a>

So I'm editing $RT/Ticket/Elements/EditCustomFields and I'm not sure how to
reference the current Queue number in that file (ie SOMETHING).  Any help?
