sorry to say, it is not working well for me.

in german language mode 3.4.3rc1 displays wrongly encoded 
characters(Umlauts) on the Ticket/Display page

in the Tabs: Take (Übernehmen->Ãœbernehmen), Open (Öffnen->Öffnen)
in a Titlebox: More about <user> (Mehr über ...->Mehr über ...)

the same pages show well in 3.4.2

(mason_data cleared and apache restarted)
