Trying to package RTx::Shredder as a debian package using dh-make-perl
barfs--badly.

Ok, this happens because the RTx build phase is interactive - it
expects user input when it prompts:

...So I guess it is a missing dependency - But it is the module's
fault. As a human, I was not easily able to find it. I suppose RT is
some kind of request tracker system, but cannot find much about it.

Do you agree if we tag this as a module's bug, not dh-make-perl's?
