Following Ruslan's advice on how to ask a smart question, I am currently working on a new installation of RT version 3.5.5 on redhat linux, perl 5.8.6, apache 2, mod_perl2 using Oracle. I am trying to execute a bulk update on multiple tickets and see that I does not work. Anyone have any issues trying to do this on version 3.5.5?
