I think I have seen this mentioned on the lists but I can't find a filed bug report. In the RT UI create a new query and in advanced mode create the query: ( Queue = 'A' ) OR ( Queue = 'B' ) Once you hit apply the OR is turned into an AND. Every time you change it back the parser does the dirty deed. -Todd
