[Rt-devel] Question regarding RTx

Well, that's quite a mess.  For a start, let's try the obvious:

1) did you unpack the tar file outside of /opt/rt3, run "perl
Makefile.pl", then run make and make install?
2) did you clear the mason object cache after installing?
3) did you restart apache after restarting?
4) is your distro debian based?
