[Rt-devel] RTFM 2.4.3rc1 ready for testing

RTFM 2.4.3rc1 is now ready for testing.

This contains a few new features developed in the past year as well as
a number of compatibility fixes to make RTFM and RT3.8.8 play well
with each other.
