What is this API : https://support.parallels.com/NoAuth/wsdl/api.html

It is integrated in the RT 4th version ?

I did some custom developpement here to interface RT with HP openview service desk. Basically, you have to create a component in RT to handle xml sent by HP and process them. On the other way, you have to make use of RT scrip, cron or perl service to read RT changes and send them as xml to HP. Of course you would need some custom fields and configuration variables to match RT attributes/tickets and HP ones.

With this you will be able to sync ticket creations, custom field values, ticket status and ticket answers in both way.
