I'm trying to load some completed tasks into RT. I can setup a
template file and load it without a problem, most if it works
well.<br><br>
However, I'm setting the status to resolved, and it seems to be changing
the date to the current date.<br><br>
Here is my template record.<br>
===Create-Ticket: ticket1<br>
Queue: LEO::Test<br>
Subject: Testing out loading<br>
Status: resolved<br>
Content: This record is to test out the loading process<br>
ENDOFCONTENT<br>
Owner: leo<br>
Resolved: 09-Jan-2005<br><br>

I've tried a couple of different date formats but it always set the
resolved date to sysdate.<br><br>
Any ideas on how I might be able to get the date to load through a
template? Am I using the right tag?<br><br>
Any other ides if not?<br><br>
