font-family:Arial'>Now the real problem, we are trying to make a scrip action
that updates a custom field based on the queue the ticket is being changed
into. Now the scrip action works. But, RT will update the custom
field after the scrip changes it. Basically POST data gets written to the
DB after the scrip runs. I fixed that by running the scrip in
batch. But then Modify.html and ModifyAll.html show the old custom field
data until the page is reloaded.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
