In XHTML, the use of "attribute minimization", where the equals sign
and value is left out, is not allowed.

I.e., replace this

  <select multiple name="s1" size="10">

with

  <select multiple="multiple" name="s1" size="10">

The value of fixing these things is debatable, but RT is claiming
strict XHTML compliance, and validators complain about things like
this, so here is the fix.
