<div dir="ltr">Hello,<br><br>My users would like to have "new" tickets in a queue automagically have a have a set of children (steps in the process of closing the parent).<br>I was thinking that onOpen, children are spawned unless the ticket has a parent; to prevent opening the children from spawning grandchildren.<br>
However, we may occasionally want to manually create grand-children, without any auto-spawn. Perhaps with a custom "Spawn child button'?<br>Is there a better way of doing this?<br><br>-- <br>Cambridge Energy Alliance: Save money & the planet
