<div>Hello,</div>
<div style="text-indent: 36pt;">I’m currently running RT 4.0.
Right now, I’m looking for a way to create custom statuses
for tickets. I’ve tried changing the SiteConfig file as
described here: <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/CustomStatuses"><font
color="blue"><u>http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/CustomStatuses</u></font></a>
. Yet, I still haven’t had any luck. I’m assuming there is a
different way to configure RT 4 compared to RT 3.8, I just
haven’t found anything on the subject. If you would be able
to point me in the right direction, that would be great!</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks, </div>

<font size="2"><font face="Calibri">Have you actually read the
entire (or at least appropriate sections) of RT_Config.pm?
There's a lot of in-line docs on custom statuses and work flows.<br>
