<div>Hi All,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I’m trying to come up with a way to put a link to another webpage on RT’s Dashboards or RT at a Glance. I really just want a little button or link users can click. Does anyone know how I’d go about doing this? It would either go at the top of the page
or, if it would be easier, just appear in a tab the way custom searches and queues are displayed. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>I had originally thought I can simply edit the dashboards with the “Content” section to display links; I’ve yet to figure out how to add links. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>My second thought was to simply change the way RT displays it’s webpage and I could just edit the html. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to customize this either. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks,</div>
