<p>I'm facing a problem trying to attach files longer than 1 MB. When creating the ticket, the webUI (as well as the rt.log) shows 'Queue could not be loaded'.<br>
</p>
<p>I've already configured <strong>FcgidMaxRequestLen</strong> parameter in Apache configuration (1 GB) and
<strong>max_allowed_packet</strong> parameter in MySQL (16 MB).<br>
</p>
<p>I've also tried to play with RT attachment parameters (such as <span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: 14.2272005081177px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 21.8880004882813px;">
MaxAttachmentSize</span>, <span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: 14.2272005081177px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 21.8880004882813px;">
TruncateLongAttachments</span> and <span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: 14.2272005081177px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 21.8880004882813px;">
DropLongAttachments</span>) with no result.<br>

And I am assuming this is a RT issue, not RTIR.<br>
