<p>I'm trying to fill the ticket message from a new ticket with all the values from another ticket. </p>

<p>I haven't found any problem with the comments thanks to "/RTIR/Elements/TransactionData".<br>
</p>
<p>But I can not find an already made utility to achieve this: print all values (id, subject, owner, etc.) and cf-values for a ticket. </p>

<p>It should be something similar to what cli-api does when calling <span style="font-family: 'courier new', monospace;">${RTPATH}/bin/rt show ticket/id </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">which I've seen it does by calling REST API. But I don't know whether
I can do the same inside a Callback.</span></p>
