Actually, I'm hoping to see something that can obsolete the admin and
user guide parts of RT Essentials. Hyperlinks are good, but I'd rather
something that can be read sequentially if the user wants to.

So, I find that HTML is a nice lowest-common-denominator output format. It _can_ be
nicely formatted and printed or turned into a PDF and it _can_ be viewed
online.  But mostly, if there's good content, the reformatting is a
pretty minor thing.
