[rt-users] Can't create requests via web interface

Okay, I found something that may be the cause of the problem:

root at www-ecs:~ #230> ls -l /usr/lib/sendmail
-r-sr-xr-x   1 root     sys       393284 Jun 12  1999 /usr/lib/sendmail


Is there a way around this setuid-root sendmail thing with Request Tracker?
