[rt-users] (_rt_system) RT Error: when using e-mail?

Am I doing something wrong? I opened a test ticket then sent an e-mail
from Netscape Communicator 4.7 on my Windows NT machine and got an
error.

Here is what I sent to help-action at enel.ucalgary.ca:
