[rt-users] Automatically re-opening stalled tickets past their due date

I seem to recall someone mentioning a tool they used to re-open stalled
tickets that were past their due date?  Does anyone have a pointer for such
a tool?  I delved into hacking up the cli programs to do it, but the
fact that you can't search and perform actions through the command line
without some awkward shell scripting makes me hesitant.  I could do it
directly in mysql easily enough, but then I don't get transactions added
for the re-openings, which I would like to have.
