Greetings, Can RT access the data in the "CC" (carbon-copy)field of a message request and automatically use it in the "CC" field of a response to that msg...? Often when creating a request, our users often "CC" other users in that request and "CC" users must be incuded on all responses.... Is this one of those RTFM/RTFA issues?? thanks donnie thanks donnie
