[rt-users] problem w/ mailgate in rt2

I succesfully installed RT version 2.0.4 and I can use the WebUI,
however I cannot send e-mail to it. 

First I got the following error:

smrsh: uid 8: attempt to use rt-mailgate --queue general --action

sendmail: to="|/var/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action

sendmail: DSN: Service unavailable

After looking through the rt-users mails, I added the following link:

ln -sf /var/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate /etc/smrsh/

Now I get the following error:

Any ideas?

Sendmail works fine when sending to username at helpdesk.a-aarhus.dk
