[rt-users] rt 1.0.7 and RH 7 mismatch ?

It's not a perl version problem...

[noc at localhost noc]$ perl -v

This is perl, v5.6.0 built for i686-linux

[noc at localhost noc]$ rt/bin/rt

Working fine for me.....

Sounds like a module misconfigurætion of some sort -- sorry I can't be
too much more helpful, but I thought that a negative case (it isn't your
Perl version, or RT1.0.7), might be helpful...
