[rt-users] rt newbie confused [now sorted]

Apologies folks - found the problem:

drwx------    5 mysql    mysql        4096 Feb 27 21:37 /var/lib/mysql

Silly permissions if you ask me! I'm sure it's a "good thing" for some reason 
unknown to me! but for the time being, I've changed the perms to 755. Works a 
charm.

About to start sorting out requests!
