[rt-users] Timezone

May be silly question,
but if you type 'date' at 11am localtime, what does it give you?
And does it say it's in GMT or BST(BDST?).

I had this problem, in Europe/Dublin, but discovered that another idiot had set the time to our localtime, although the clock is in GMT.
