[rt-users] scrip editing slightly broken in RT2-RC3

RC3 also seems to have a bug with editing of scrips on a queue.

When I added the first scrip to my queue, I saw a list of possible
templates to attach to that scrip. Since then, the selectbox
that gives me a choice of templates shows a bunch of records 
that are exactly the same. They all say "Global Template:" 
with no details. 

The display of templates attached to my scrip is also blank;
the whole scrip says "OnCreate AutoreplyToRequestors with template".
This can't be right.
