New to RT. RT 1.0.7, Solaris 2.6, fetchmail 5.7.2 I'm configuring the system to use fetchmail to suck mail from mail server. In the request confirm mail (the first one with request id assigned), the requestor's email is always the queue's email, not the real requestor's email address. Any idea? sally at aicent.com
