[rt-users] rt-1.3.70 & HTML::Mason

Trying to install HTML::Mason on RH7 for rt-1.3.70.

CPAN says:
"Going to read /root/.cpan/sources/modules/03modlist.data.gz"
"HTML::Mason is up to date"

However, make fixdeps says:
"Checking for DBI 1.13.....<snip>"
"Checking for HTML::Mason 0.896 ....HTML::Mason 0.896  not installed"
Everything except HTML::Mason shows OK.

Any clues?
