Am I missing something or did I do something wrong, but the Create New 
Ticket is the same as in 2.07 on my machine.

I checked the files, cleaned the sessiondata dir, yes i did stop, start 
apache (didn't use restart).

Wtf can still be wrong? Something obscure?

I attached Create.html from Tickets dir.

Jesse, anyone else?
