[rt-users] Error on loading login page

Sounds like the same problem I've been having. If it is, you'll need to 
upgrade perl (and all it's pieces, modules, apache add-ons, etc) to perl 5.6.1.

Something doesn't like 5.6.0, but that's the version of perl that comes 
with current Redhat... Including the 7.2 beta.
